Instructors Oversight for all golf instruction will be provided by PGA Professionals and/or LPGA Teaching and Club Professionals. Additional instructors "Coaches” have a variety of golf related backgrounds. A majority of Coaches are college level golfers. The instructors and coaches lead the golf curriculumand the life skills curriculum.
Volunteers & Mentors As local chapter of The First Tee, we rely heavily on volunteers to support our many programs and services for youth. Some of the volunteer opportunities include assisting coaches, supervising computer lab, data entry, fundraising, special events and junior golf tour operations. The First Tee of Lakeland (TFTL) also seeks mentors. Mentors are very special people who donate their time to work one on one with the students.
